Project scope: Internal campaign development and creative content.
Contribution: Campaign concepts, content creation and participatory activities.
The context
As part of a project led by EHYLAG, Arcor sought to introduce an existing employee evaluation programme through a renewed internal campaign.
The programme’s visual direction had already been established, including work by a renowned Argentine illustrator. The next step was to translate that foundation into a campaign that could bring the initiative to employees through different formats and experiences.
Nogahl contributed to the creative development of the campaign, working on content and ideas for its launch across digital communications, physical materials and participatory activities.
From a concept to an employee experience
A campaign involving an entire organisation needs more than a central message. Its ideas must translate into different formats and create opportunities for people to encounter the initiative throughout their working environment.
The challenge was to connect the programme’s existing visual direction with a range of creative applications, from video, emails and pop-ups to physical posters, games and interactive activities.

The role of creative development
Nogahl worked on the campaign concepts, individual content pieces and ideas for activities designed around the programme’s launch.
The work focused on exploring how the initiative could be introduced across different touchpoints, adapting the central creative direction to formats with different purposes and ways of engaging employees.
Rather than treating each piece as a separate communication task, the campaign brought these applications together under a shared creative idea.
Bringing ideas into different formats
From digital messages to physical materials and participatory activities, the project explored different ways to introduce the programme within the organisation.
It illustrates how creative thinking can help translate an established concept into a campaign that works across multiple formats, connecting communication with the environments and moments in which people encounter it.
A strong creative idea can take many forms. The challenge is to make each one contribute to the same experience.
