Project scope: End-to-end branding, website development and pitch deck.
Services: Research, brand strategy, verbal identity, visual identity, website development and pitch deck.
The context
ProCom Health began with a practical understanding of a problem faced by healthcare practitioners: managing the compliance responsibilities that come with delivering care.
Its founder knew this reality first-hand, working as a practitioner while also managing other practitioners. The need was not theoretical. It was part of the everyday experience of running a practice and supporting a team.
To address it, the founder developed an app for internal use, designed around the requirements of this specific professional environment.
Over time, an opportunity emerged: what if the same solution could help other practitioners and businesses facing similar responsibilities?
Taking an internally developed tool to market introduced a new set of questions. Beyond having a product that addressed a real need, the business needed a clear way to communicate its value, establish its identity and present itself to an audience beyond its original context.
The opportunity was to build a brand around a solution grounded in real-world experience, with a foundation that could support its next stage of growth.
The challenge
A useful product doesn’t automatically translate into a clear market proposition.
The business needed to communicate what made its solution relevant to practitioners, how it differed from more generic software approaches and why its offering mattered in the context of healthcare compliance.
It also needed a coherent identity that could work across different touchpoints, from its website to its business presentations.
But the work went beyond external communication. Defining the brand also created an opportunity to clarify the project’s own foundations: why it existed, what it wanted to achieve and what should guide its development.
The challenge was to connect the product’s practical origins with a clear strategic direction for the business.
The approach
We approached the project from the inside out, bringing research, strategy and identity together before applying the brand across its key communication touchpoints.
01. Research & Brand Strategy
We explored the business, its market, its audience and its competitive context to establish a clearer understanding of the opportunity.
This work informed the brand’s positioning, purpose, values, personality and narrative framework.
The aim was to articulate not only what ProCom Health offered, but why it existed, who it was designed to support and what made its approach relevant to its market.
By defining these foundations, the project gained a strategic reference point for both external communication and internal decision-making.

02. Verbal Identity
With the strategic direction established, we developed the verbal identity to translate the brand’s positioning and personality into a consistent way of communicating.
This included the tone of voice, key messaging principles, tagline, manifesto and communication guidelines.
The resulting framework provided a clearer basis for explaining the offering, expressing the brand’s character and communicating consistently across different audiences and touchpoints.
03. Visual Identity
We translated the strategic and verbal foundations into a cohesive visual identity, including the logo and its variations, colour palette, typography, art direction, iconography and communication materials.

The focus was on creating a recognisable and flexible system that could represent the business professionally while supporting its evolution beyond the context in which the product had originally been developed.
Rather than treating each application as an isolated design task, the identity provided a shared visual language for the brand’s communications.
04. Website Development
The website brought the brand into its digital environment, creating a place to introduce ProCom Health, explain its offering and communicate with its intended audience.
The work connected the strategic positioning and brand identity with the experience of discovering the business online.
This helped translate the foundations established during the branding project into a practical, public-facing touchpoint.
05. Pitch Deck
We also developed a pitch deck to present the business and its value proposition through a clear, structured narrative.
The deck brought together the brand’s strategic story, messaging and visual identity, providing a consistent tool for communicating the business to relevant stakeholders.
It was another application of the same underlying principle: the brand should be recognisable and coherent wherever the business needs to explain what it does and why it matters.
The outcome
The project gave ProCom Health more than a visual identity and a set of communication materials. It established a connected foundation for understanding, expressing and presenting the business.
Greater strategic clarity. Defining the brand’s purpose, positioning and values helped clarify why the project existed and what it was working towards, creating a stronger internal reference point for future decisions.
A clearer market proposition. The strategic and verbal work provided a more structured way to explain the offering and communicate its relevance to the intended audience
An identity designed to evolve. The verbal and visual systems established a coherent foundation that could be applied across communication channels and adapted as the business developed.
Connected brand touchpoints. The website and pitch deck translated the same strategic direction into practical tools for presenting the business consistently.
Together, these elements connected the product’s origins with the broader ambition of bringing the solution to market.
From an internal solution to a brand with direction
ProCom Health illustrates why building a brand involves more than communicating an existing product.
When a solution developed from first-hand experience begins to reach a wider audience, the business needs to make its value understandable, establish a recognisable identity and define the principles that will guide its growth.
By bringing research, strategy, verbal identity, visual identity and key communication touchpoints together, we helped create a foundation for that next stage.
Because a brand doesn’t only help a business explain what it does to the outside world. It can also help the people building it understand what they’re working towards and make decisions with greater clarity.
A practical solution was the starting point. A clear strategic foundation helped shape how ProCom Health could present itself, communicate its value and prepare for growth.
